This was a site preparation job I recently completed. The biggest challenge to this clearing and site preparation project was a large hole that was hidden in the middle of the property. The timber and brush had to be removed first, then there was drainage issues that had to be resolved. The next step was grading. The property had highway frontage. The elevation of the site had to work with the drainage already in place for the highway property. The site will be used for storage rental units.
